We were very happy with the service that Comfort Solutions provided for us – our apartment is now properly ventilated to the correct standards which means that we’ve been able to rent it out again with a view to living there ourselves eventually. At all times, we were treated with respect and kept up-to-date with progress being made. As we live in the UK at the moment, this could have been a difficult process but in fact, it was made relatively easy for us which was a relief. We felt that we received a professional and expert service.

The attic and cavity insulation has made the place much more cosy and the extract ventilation system has greatly improved the air quality. We never see condensation on our bathroom mirrors anymore! Fergus was very accommodating with all our questions and Gloria was always quick to get back to any queries over e-mail. The lads who came out to do the work were a pleasure to deal with and always showed up when they said they would. If they couldn’t be there at a certain time they always let us know the day before so there was no inconvenience to us. Any minor issues we had since the work was done have also been dealt with promptly and without any fuss. We really couldn’t fault our experience with Comfort Solutions at all and hope to hire them again in the future.

We had our attic insulated last year by Comfort Solutions and have been more than happy with the results. I found our initial meeting with Fergus very informative and he was very honest about the virtues and value of the various materials on offer. I had done a lot of research and we had had many quotes from various companies for attic insulation and cavity insulation. Previous companies and been very vague on details and did not seem to know the answers to my questions, but bluffed. This was not the case with Comfort Solutions and I felt very confident that they would do a good job. We were not disappointed. The installation was hassle free and extremely neat. They went beyond the call of duty by filling in gaps around pipes, etc. The house is notably warmer and retains the heat really well now. Thank you to all at Comfort Solutions.
