We are very pleased with the results as our house is now much cosier in winter time and holds the heat for much longer after the heating switches off which helps greatly with the fuel costs.
In 2016 Fergus and his team installed Lunos ventilation systems into various rooms in our house. In the bathroom and en-suites moisture is now automatically removed, while the system in a sitting room provides fresh air. That particular room maintains a good, even temperature.
Additionally, we suffered from water penetration at the front of our mass-concrete house. The areas concerned were completely rebuilt, using insulated slabs, and I’m pleased to say that after two winters, this has resolved the problem entirely.

Attic insulation & Ventilation works
In 2017 I contacted Comfort Solutions to install the Lunos EAS system as a retrofitted ventilation/extraction solution for my home. The installation was carried out very well. Their work was neat and they quickly tidied up any small bits to plasterwork and surrounds. As I wasn't on site, Fergus kindly followed up with telephone calls to detail the progress of the work. He also took time to explain in detail how to maintain the units in terms of cleaning etc.
We are pleased with all the work Fergus and his team have done to our house. We expected it to be good but it has surpassed all our expectations. External Wall Insulation

Our little house by the sea in Co Mayo was a dream, but the damp was a nightmare. I looked into external insulation first as a solution for the damp which was breaking out on all the internal walls. The walls were concrete, there was condensation streaming down the inside walls in winter, and rain was penetrating all the window cills and surrounding walls. The skirting boards were wet and rotting. We decorated a couple of rooms, but months later, white mould was coming through again and the paint peeling off.

In the Spring of 2013, Comfort Solutions installed external wall and loft insulation at the home I had recently bought. Before the installation, I had been concerned at how quickly the house could become cold and damp.
Loft Insulation
I found Comfort Solutions through their web site. I contacted them and they came very quickly to give a quote on the day and at the time that was requested. Our loft although lagged was not up to current specifications. After some discussion we decided to just have our loft properly and fully insulated which was not easy because we have 30 sunken lights for which insulated boxes had to be made.
External Insulation
I employed Comfort Solutions to install external insulation on my existing 1930's house which has solid mass concrete walls. At the tender process I contacted a number of contractors, I found Comfort Solutions had the best system around, it is a patented system with a proven track record.

I have a bungalow built in 1950 with solid walls. It was always difficult to heat. Comfort Solutions insulated it on the outside for me. It made a huge difference. My house is much warmer and retains the heat longer. I use less fuel. I was satisfied with Comfort Solutions. They did a good job for me.
